Shipping Policy
NOTE: If you have ordered something different in your order like our IPL Laser Hair Removal Device, both items won’t be in the same package and you’ll also get separate tracking numbers for each item, the only exception is our certified laser glasses when it has stock in our US warehouse and as of 3/20/2022 it is not in US stock.

Packages from our warehouse in China / United States will be shipped by ePacket, EMS, DHL, USPS, or Yunexpress.
Yes. We provide shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
In most cases, they don’t apply because the total cost of the order will be small. It’s up to you to find out if you have to pay it or not. Unless you have a large order you should be good, but please double check with your local customs.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges (When applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
United States: 3-5 Business Days for lasers and glasses other products 10-20 days
Australia, Canada, France, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, United Kingdom: 20-30 business days
Europe: 25-40 business days
Brazil, Mexico, Central America, South America, Asia, Africa: 30-60 business days

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that will contain your tracking information. You can track your order above by inputting the tracking code you have received
If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us here.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us here.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
